Q: What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
Mynhardt : “Let’s keep it at coffee, weather forecast, business news and family breakfast. Charmaine and I take turns for the school run and enjoy our early morning time with the kids. I prefer afternoon or early evening training sessions as the cold Highveld mornings are too crisp for my liking. During summer months the odd round of early morning golf provides some adventure to the schedule.”
Q: Is there something even your close friends do not know about you?
Mynhardt : “They know I love espresso’s, that is too much information already…”
Q: If you were a biscuit, which would you be?
Mynhardt : “Flavours of dark chocolate and strong espresso … Intense, bold and adventurous!”
Q: What is the hardest part of competing at this level?
Mynhardt : “Training during winter months while everyone is inside wrapped up in blankets and enjoying hot coffee red wines and fireplaces …”
Q: Why did you decide to become a DANDO Ambassador?
Mynhardt : “Dando Ambassador’s have a clear calling about being stewards of God-given resources. I enjoy the fact that the program cultivates awareness of the socio-economic responsibility of leaders to get involved. The value add is the encouragement of entrepreneurs and their dreams. It is a program that engages my heart for service.”
